The Magic Nut should not be used under the following conditions:
- During pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding;
- People who suffer from gastritis or ulcers;
- People older than 65 years or younger than 18 years – first consult your physician or healthcare provider ;
- People who suffer from allergies e.g. allergic to nuts;
- People who suffer of renal deficiency;
- People with a medical condition inter alia high blood pressure or another serious medical issue – consult your physician or healthcare provider first before use;
- If adverse health effects do arise, discontinue use and seek medical attention;
- Some people may experience specific intolerance or hyper sensitivity to the nut, if so, suspend the use of the Magic Nut immediately.
Side Effects:
During the first days of using the Magic Nut you will have gas and flatulence, the reason is because the nut will start working in your system to eliminate all the toxins which will generate intestinal gas and many more trips to the bathroom than usual, however once your body starts to release and cleans itself, it should disappear gradually.
During the first few days you will feel some body aches, maybe slight back pain, arm and chest (similar to muscle pain that occurs during exercise), the aches are part of the process, this is a sign that the nut is working. Usually in these parts of your body the fat will burn first and you will see a reduction in these areas. This side effect should also disappear within a week or so.
Whenever you burn fat in large amounts it is common to have a headache due to the presence of ketones (molecules that our bodies produce when we burn large amounts of fat, either from your diet or your body), and is activated because it deprives glucose to your body, to help reduce the symptoms, it is recommended that you consume antioxidants and essential fatty acids such as Omega 3 and Omega 6, (soy, fish, corn, squash, fish and nuts) and it is also recommended that you eat one or two oranges a day to recover glucose and vitamin C and a banana for potassium.
Fatigue: When we increase our visits to the toilet, your body can lose potassium levels, without this mineral we feel exhausted and sleepy. Luckily, bananas are a rich source of potassium and with only one banana a day you will be in perfect condition.
